Q: What is the story behind the image of the rooster in the logo?

The Galli name originated in ancient Gaul, an area encompassing most of France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The rooster family in ancient Latin would be called 'Galli' from the Gallic language. My ancestors traveled from Gaul through northern Italy before settling many centuries ago in Abruzzo, Italy. They were craftsmen, builders, painters, chefs and artists. That family tradition carries on today.
